netnova.cloud guarantees that your personal data will be processed confidentially and exclusively for the purposes established in this policy.

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is used exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the contracted services (game servers, bots, VPS, etc.).

• Technical logs: automatically deleted after 90 days, except in cases of incidents or security investigations.
• Technical support: tickets are stored for up to 12 months to improve service quality and resolve recurring issues.
• Billing: invoice and transaction data will be retained for the legally required period (currently 5 years under Spanish tax regulations).

5. Recipients and Data Disclosure

Your data may be shared with the following providers strictly necessary for the service's operation:

• PayPal and Stripe: responsible for processing payments and subscriptions.
• Infrastructure and data center providers: for server hosting and backups.

These providers act as data processors and comply with the protection guarantees required by GDPR through data processing agreements and data protection clauses. Data is not shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

netnova.cloud uses essential technical and session cookies for the website and user panel to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
