Any account or service identified as an unauthorized reseller may be suspended or terminated immediately.
The offered plans have reasonable limits on CPU, RAM, storage, and traffic usage.
The user agrees not to abuse the system or use resources disproportionately.
In case of abuse or excessive use:
netnova.cloud performs daily automatic backups to prevent data loss.
However, the customer is ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups.
netnova.cloud does not guarantee data recovery in case of service deletion or total corruption.
We guarantee a minimum 99.9% monthly availability.
If this service level is not met due to causes attributable to netnova.cloud, compensation will be offered in the form of additional days of free service.
This guarantee does not apply to:

No support is offered through unofficial channels or outside the indicated hours, except for critical technical emergencies.

netnova.cloud reserves the right to modify, update, or expand these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to users with reasonable advance notice via email or website notice.
Continued use of the service after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute related to the services will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain, preferably in the province where netnova.cloud is based.
